Match facilities to your routine
Identify whether your household prefers indoor training, swimming, walking or organised sport. Then check the actual facility dimensions, equipment specification and booking arrangements. A long list of amenity names is less useful than a clear operating plan.
Look at location and access
Study the route from your home to the activity areas. Consider lighting, pedestrian crossings and the effect of organised activity on nearby rows. Ask whether facilities are shared across phases and when they become available.
Review management and recurring cost
Check opening hours, coaching rules, guest access and any separate charges. Equipment maintenance and safe use require continuing management; these details should be revisited at handover.
