Study the setting around the home

Locate the community entry, internal roads, service areas and amenity zones. A home close to a facility may offer convenience but also different activity levels. Check the view from the actual garden and terrace, not only from a central brochure perspective.

Compare orientation and neighbouring rows

Examine the position of doors, windows and outdoor areas relative to neighbouring homes. Ask about setbacks, shared boundaries and future development around the perimeter. An orientation label alone does not describe daylight throughout a four-level home.

Keep the phase visible in your shortlist

Confirm whether access, infrastructure and shared facilities serving the home belong to the same delivery phase. Record the row, home number, area statement and premium on each shortlist entry so comparisons remain consistent.
